One of the greatest joys of agency life is the experiences we have, and the long-term relationships we build, with colleagues and clients. At &Barr, we like to celebrate these friends, without whom our name would be incomplete (it always needs a partner to the left of the ampersand). So, on Thursday, November 4 we hosted our second annual Open House event, Ampersand, which was attended by clients ranging from both Florida coasts to New York City.
Planning the event was almost as fun as the night itself! It was an all-agency effort, with a committee formed to ensure no detail was left out. Our creative team envisioned some amazing concepts, with a concert theme entitled Ampersand resonating as it reflected our name and embodied our mission of accomplishing amazing things in partnership with others. With over 40 RSVP’s to our Save the Dates and invitation “tickets,” we were well on our way to a sell-out!
Our Ampersand event encouraged our clients to meet our team members, tour our headquarters, and network with one another amongst a backdrop of concert posters, rock and roll murals, and live music under the stars by local band Pacific Rush. Crafted cocktails, catered hors d’oeuvres and a curated mixtape and Spotify playlist featuring music representing each of our clients rounded out the evening.
Special thanks to AAA, Badcock Home Furniture &more, CPA Solutions, Cogent Bank, FamilyLife, Habitat for Humanity, New York Life Investments, Rosen Hotels & Resorts, Space Coast Office of Tourism, and Sonny’s BBQ for their attendance. We hope you had as much fun as we did. All the smiling faces, all the laughter….thanks for sharing your “after hours” time with us. (And, “cheers” to those of you who helped us close the office down).
